Payslips are stored within Workday. Employees can access and view their payslips by following the instructions below. Note: The language of the payslips loaded to Workday is defaulted to English.

Step 1: Click here for direct access to Workday Payslips, or login to Workday and follow the steps below: Step 2: Enter My Payslips into the search box |

Alternatively, you can also access your Payslip using the Workday Mobile App or via your Workday Home Page Dashboard using the Pay Icon from the Menu. |

Note: If you prefer to view your payslips in Japanese, please continue to access the Workcloud portal. To view in Japanese, please scroll to the settings icon on the top right hand side of the homepage and select “日本語”.
(Important) Income Tax Certificates Please note that income tax certificates will continue to be available on the Workcloud portal only. Workday will not have a record of these certificates.
