Q. The Q bonus figure is lower than I had expected, why is that? A. The payroll team is not involved in the calculation process of the quarterly bonus payments. If you have concerns that the bonus figure is incorrect, we recommend you contact your manager immediately. If your manager confirms your bonus on your payslip does not match what he/she approved for payment, please ask your manager to email the Sales Ops team / Compensation Team. |
